Nothing revolutionary, but a rather unusual bit of fun: Three moose and a lawn sprinkler.

And here's one for the bird lovers:

Thanks for sharing this, MJ. The baby moose were absolutely precious...one seeming to enjoy really getting soaked while the other just kept coming in for sips of water. I loved their carefree frolicking...I guess kids are kids in any form. Wonderful!

This is some durn good entertain-mint. I got a good horse laugh out of it. We feed birds in our back yard because the Missus and I are bird nerds. We got books on how to identify the bird that we see. We got hummin birds. turkey birds, tweeety birds and birds from the movie, The Birds, by Alfred Hitchcrotch. We got crows but no Magpies atall. Just this past summer I shot my first armadilla out by the bird feeder. (Hot Dam!) I thought about a-gettin it a-mounted but I decided a-gainst it.

During my "hey-day" I could shoot a sparrow off a limb at 300 yards. Now-a-days I can only shoot the wings off off a shit-fly at flfty yards. Am getting old in my middle age.

Birds of a feather will winter together but what bird wears the feathers of summer?

I believe that would be the internationally orange breasted jail bird (unless it's in Arizona, then Sheriff Aarpaio has some nicely caged pink butted looney birds).
