I recently saw this topic posted on another site and thought we might enjoy it here on WD.
Two books instantly come to mind, interestingly enough, by the same author: The Grapes of Wrath by John Steinbeck Of Mice and Men by John Steinbeck As a child, these two made be weep copiously: Old Yeller by Fred Gipsin The Call of the Wild by Jack London ~~flutter~~ "Me, my thoughts are flower strewn Ocean storm, bayberry moon. I have got to leave to find my way...." ~~REM |

Thanks to whoever gave me a new avatar. Don't know why there's still a red x on other posts.

The rest should appear when the server updates tonight.
I noticed Cervantes went AWOL so I took the liberty of finding you a new one. Seeing a post by you without him just didn't seem right. |
