Hi Everyone...I have some news I would like to share, in case anyone thought I may have fallen off the edge of the world by my long absence...but then again maybe not.
I sold the Thirteen Acre Wood last month and I have been packing, sorting, throwing things out, and generally getting ready to move out by the middle of June. I’m also building a new house (starting today) which I hope to have ready by the end of summer. While I’m building the new house I will be living in a trailer park close to the jobsite...yikes!
The house I’m building is a dream that Deb and I had years ago to have a place where we could look after medically fragile children. Actually, Jeremy was the inspiration for this project and although he passed away last October we will press ahead with our vision and dedicate the house in his memory and honour.
At this point I’m not sure how long I will be connected to the internet...but I just thought I would say farewell for now and hopefully I’ll be back sometime in the fall.
In the meantime I will miss you all. Keep writing and have a great summer.
