In between heartbeats
I wonder at why, Infinity rests In the blink of an eye. All of my sunsets compressed into one, pass by in an instant and then they are gone. The visions of life In the heart of my mind, are golden and permanent loving and kind. My walks on the beach In the cool autumn morn, to welcome the sunrise that heralds the dawn. The angels that guide me hold on to my hand, and take me back smiling to walk on the sand. I wonder at all that has blessed me before, but my greatest delight Is to know there is more! |

Ah, this reminds me of this line by William Blake; for some reason I thought it was by Emily Dickinson:
Another fantastic write! ~~flutter~~ "Me, my thoughts are flower strewn Ocean storm, bayberry moon. I have got to leave to find my way...." ~~REM |
